Room was spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable. Location was convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel staff was helpful and accommodating.
The air conditioning didn't work properly and the room was hot and stuffy. the shower smelled of mold and the carpet in the room was dirty.

The hotel had comfortable beds and a clean room. The location was great being close to many shops and restaurants, and there were plenty of amenities and toiletries provided in the room.
There was no hard copy menu and we were given an electronic tablet which made ordering difficult. The staff were not very helpful and seemed condescending towards us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were bright, clean, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to a bustling shopping street and within walking distance to the railway station. We had a wonderful stay with great variety of delicious breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with assistance in buying railway tickets and organizing special restaurant service. We were upgraded to a better room with comfortable beds and a great overview of the city.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is near a pedestrian street with plenty of shops and a huge underground shopping area. the front desk service is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has great varieties and delicious. Rooms are bright, friendly, clear and with all required facilities and toiletries. They offer a good view over the city from upper floors.
The restaurant does not serve good food, it's not friendly with non-local people and might not be a good dining option.
